How to get a House of PMO certification?

To obtain a House of PMO certification, you must complete a suite of four essential courses developed for each stage of a PMO professional's career. Each course will give you a working understanding of the skills required to perform each role with a PMO and enable you with the skills to centralise and support new projects and initiatives within an organisation. The four courses are:

• Essentials for PMO Administrators
• Essentials for PMO Analysts (not currently offered)
• Essentials for PMO Managers (not currently offered)
• Essentials for PMO Directors (not currently offered)

The Essentials for PMO Administrations is an entry-level course for people new to the profession or in support roles within a PMO seeking a greater understanding of how a PMO works. The following courses then build on your knowledge, offering insights into how more senior positions within a PMO and their roles and responsibilities.
