Country Manager Asia Pacific
The first Australian office opened in Sydney in 2016 and has seen significant growth over the past few years. James Kinch, who is founder of Training ByteSize Australia, set the operation up after the UK family business realised the interest in Australia and New Zealand was increasing. They wanted to deliver the same great service and courses that they do in the UK and offer that locally to individuals and organisations in Australasia.
After a successful couple of years in Sydney, James moved to the UK to set a London office up. After this successful stint, James is now back on the Gold Coast to help cater for the demand of high-quality Project Management training in the area.

We also have an even larger portfolio of exciting courses that have already proven to be very popular among our customers. We continue to offer online, virtual and classroom training for qualifications from AXELOS, APM Group, APM and BCS, and are proud of our AIPM endorsed courses.“
As co-founder and MD, Victoria has a wealth of experience in project management and IT service management training, having built the Training ByteSize brand from the ground up, alongside her family, into the leading training provider that it is today.
Martyn has a long, successful history in the project management and IT service management training industries, having founded the world’s first training company to develop an accredited e-learning course for PRINCE2, Key Skills, before co-founding Training ByteSize.
A co-founder of Training ByteSize, Heather oversees all financial aspects of our business. As a pivotal part of the business’ continued growth, Heather consistently puts customers needs at the forefront of everything she does.

With over 10 years’ experience in matching individuals and businesses to their ideal solution, Amelia leads a successful team, providing first class support to those seeking a training course that fits their requirements to ensure they get the most from their investment.
Head of Product Development
Our resident technical wizard, Russ, manages all aspects of our course development and website projects. Having developed our e-learning courses, Russ continually updates and develops our online platform to ensure that Training ByteSize are at the forefront of new technologies.
Accounts and Administration Manager
Ian expertly oversees and manages the majority of Training ByteSize’s day to day office activities, ensuring that our customers are continuously put first and offered the same first-class service they have come to expect from us.
With a broad background in the creative and technology industries, Jake brings creativity to Training ByteSize and looks after everything forward-facing, including our website, social media platforms, podcasts, blogs, videos, brochures, and exhibitions.
A brilliant support to the whole team, you will find Christine on the end of the phone supporting learners with their enquiries, booking exams and sharing pass details with happy customers!

As another member of our fantastic support team, Carlene ensures you have everything you need to study your course and sit your exam, and she’s at the end of the phone to assist with any enquiry you may have.
